Alerts and Emails

Downtime Alerts

These will be sent when downtime is detected for a station as long as notifications are enabled for the station group.

Downtime Summary Emails

If enabled in notification preferences, these are sent at 7am every morning, summarising yesterday's downtime with causes.

If the previous day has no shift time for all the station groups you are subscribed to, no email will be sent. For example, this will prevent any email being sent on Monday morning, if the factory was closed on Sunday.
